We cater for a wide variety of goals, from body building to yoga meditation, using a wealth of professional health and fitness knowledge, including free weights, calisthenics, cardiovascular performance, kettle bell and medicine ball training, as well as a 200 hours multi-style Yoga Alliance registered teacher.
