Hi, I’m Sam. A personal trainer, fitness coach and yoga instructor from Worcestershire, England. I help people with a full range of fitness goals and nutritional advice.

What does “futureproof yourself” mean? Futureproofing, in technology, refers to building to last. To avoid becoming obsolete. I have taken to using this term as we all have it in us to maintain longevity, but many of us, in the modern world, have increasingly sedentary lifestyles. It’s not just about heavy lifting and athleticism, it’s just as much about being able to still carry your groceries and climb stairs as you get older.
